During the first year of ownership, Pentax will repair or replace, at its option, any DSmobile unit or accessory which malfunctions due to failure of parts or workmanship. Owner must call Pentax for an approved Return Material Authorization (RMA) number, and then send the unit postpaid to Pentax, with proof of purchase and the RMA number. Pentax will fix or replace the malfunctioning unit and return it to the owner postpaid.
